8 Part Breath
This segmented breath technique is for calming and centering the mind.
Inhale for 8 equal "sips" through the nose (filling the lungs completely)
Exhale for 8 equal strokes out of the nose (emptying the lungs completely)
Find your rhythm and continue for at least 3 minutes.
