It calms and centers the mind- try it for 3 min whenever you need to shift into a more relaxed state or before bed. It's easy....
Inhale for 4 seconds
Hold the breath gently for 4 seconds
Exhale for 4 seconds
Hold the breath out for 4 seconds.
